OKLAHOMA CITY – Upper Crust Wood Fired Pizza is excited to debut a delicious brunch menu available to guests on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The menu will feature Upper Crust’s take on Avocado Toast, a breakfast calzone, and even breakfast-inspired pizzas. There will also be classic brunch cocktails, including Bloody Marys and mimosas, as well as signature concoctions like a Garden Gimlet and Mugless Mule.
Whether you’re a morning person or not, you’ll love Upper Crust’s Hangover Pie, which includes our signature pie sauce and cheese blend, mozzarella, bacon, hatch green chilies, fried jalapeños, two sunny-side-up eggs, and chives.
“We love having the opportunity to roll out more options for our guests. The brunch items are delicious and the new Charcuterie board is going to be a hit. We can’t wait to see how creative guests get with the customizable pairings,” said Area Partner, Brent Baisden.
In addition to brunch, Upper Crust is also rolling out two new pizzas, two new sandwiches, a new appetizer, salad and a dessert. There will also be a build-your-own charcuterie board, which is completely customizable and can satisfy small or large parties. Upper Crust has three locations across Oklahoma in OKC at Classen Curve, Edmond on 178th, and in Tulsa on Yale.
