Mama Roja, located on the shores of Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City, officially launched a new menu on September 12, 2018. The new menu maintains the traditional favorite dishes of guests, while also offering tasty new items.

Culinary Chef Andrew Laughlin has created dishes with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of ways to customize entrées. “We created this new menu with our loyal guests and new followers in mind. We have expanded our selections to accommodate current trends and guests’ requests. The patio is the perfect place to watch an Oklahoma sunset while enjoying great food with friends and family,” says Chief Operating Officer, Hank Kraft.

Start the week off with Mama’s Sunday Brunch and enjoy a Mimosa or Mama’s Michelada along with Enchiladas Del Sol, Huevos Rancheros, Quesadilla Rancheros and other popular brunch items. The expanded menu will allow guests to choose toppings for crisps and quesadillas, as well as ingredients for burritos and bowls. The new Cozumel Shrimp Salad will tempt the taste buds with marinated shrimp, roasted corn and honey-garlic vinaigrette. Guests will want to try the new Elote (Mexican street corn) offered as both a side or an appetizer. Finish the meal with the new Tres Leches Cake or Churro Tots.

Mama Roja’s full bar offers over 25 different tequilas, Mama’s signature Swirl Drink, as well as an extensive selection of specialty margaritas.

Private dining rooms and catering are available for any special event! Stop by for border style Mexican cuisine with the family or some friends this weekend! Mama Roja is located at 9219 Lake Hefner Pkwy in OKC and is open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
